Not receving any email notifications ???HELP

I haven't recieved any notifications from GS for more than a week now and my email notification settings are all ticked to send me emails??? I know people are replying to topics but I never get the emails for when someone replies?!

We saw someone else with this problem last week and it turned out their email system had been filtering out the notifications as spam. I assume you've checked your spam folder and/or your sys admin who runs your email?

It's hotmail and I checked my spam no gs topics.... I dnt check my allow list because I'm using and iPhone for now but since it's not in the spam folder it shount be in the not allowed list

The last email notification was 12 oct and then they just started dissapearing.....

FYI, we had another user a week or so ago that started having diminishing notifications coming in to his email account until he wasn't getting any. He had a msn.com account. He then switched to a Gmail account and set that up as his primary email address in GS and started getting notifications again just fine.

I wonder if there's something with Microsoft email programs that gets triggered and stops allowing emails through from us?

danielth, you might just want to try doing the same thing -- set up a gmail account and make it your primary email address here then see what happens.

:D !! I still have a question though....If I set my hotmail account as primary again, ( by re adding the hotmail one and making it primary) will it work ?? Or do I have to keep using gmail for now?

Notifications will be sent to the email address marked as "primary" so if you make your Hotmail email address your primary one again you'll likely have the same problem.
