Why won't my support links show up when I add them?
I have added the support links under the support link edit clicked save. When I view the community the support links do not show up, I go back to edit settings under support links and the are gone. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Inappropriate?Hmmm. That sounds wonky, for sure. I just added a test one called Home in your company section, and it appears to be working. Can you try adding another one or editing or removing the one I've added?

Inappropriate?Hi Eric,
I can see the one that you added. However, I went to edit tried to add Zendesk clicked save and still no dice. I have tried in both FF and IE. I am not receiving any errors either. -
Inappropriate? That is weird. I need to get someone to dig in a little deeper. Going to move this over to Zendesk and get our dev team to look closer.

lol I think this is the same bug you ran into when trying to add links to
Mozilla's Raindrop community/product or whatever it was.

That's what I was wondering. I don't think we ever solved that.

Inappropriate?I've tested this now in Firefox, IE7, and IE8 and Safari and can't reproduce what you're describing. However, after you make the change in the overlay, you have to reload the page manually to see the change--if you're not reloading it will seem like the change didn't occur.

Hi Thor,
I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I go to edit next to add additional support links. I select blog for instance, I put in the web address for the blog click save, then close window. I refresh my page and nothing comes up. Is there something I am missing? -
It sounds like you're doing it right. Are you preceding the links with "http://" ?
