Hi Thor,
I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I go to edit next to add additional support links. I select blog for instance, I put in the web address for the blog click save, then close window. I refresh my page and nothing comes up. Is there something I am missing? – Donna, on October 30, 2009 20:27

How can I remove a duplicate community?I noticed there are two communities with our company name, one is Overcome Everything, Inc. which we are using, the other is overcome everything inc which we are not using. Is there anyway to remove the one in all lowercase?

Why won't my support links show up when I add them?I have added the support links under the support link edit clicked save. When I view the community the support links do not show up, I go back to edit settings under support links and the are gone. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Hey Thor,
We are thinking of moving our help desk to a different service, so I wonder is there a way that we could put a link to our Get Satisfaction page on our support homepage? This way we could get our community building while we figure out which direction we are going with our help desk, before we integrate. Is that possible? – Donna, on September 17, 2009 14:17
