We ask for that in case an employee of a company does not have an email address from the official domain. How would prefer that we verify an employee in this instance?

Can you describe where in the process of uploading and posting an image that this goes wrong for you? Does the code get posted in the text box area when you upload? Does a button not appear to work? Do you get a particular error message?

Hi, KKB. You can remove topics using the moderation tools, which are part of the Manage plan. Delete is probably not the right term because removed content (in most cases) still exists in the Change Log. But, yes, you can remove topics. However, you can choose the "Privacy concern" reason when removing and that will make that topic inaccessible -- for that type of situation that you are describing; the user has shared private content. The customer receives an email when that reason is specified. Hope this helps.

This certainly could be more clear. We recently opened up the window of editing replies beyond the old 15-minute window. However, topics with replies can't be edited in this way yet, as you noticed.
